What is Piperacillin Tazobactam Injection?
It is a combination of two drugs that work as an antibiotic, meaning it is responsible to stop the growth of bacteria that cause various infections. It is used for the treatment of pneumonia, skin, gynecological and abdominal infections that are caused by various bacteria. Tazobactam belongs to a class of beta-lactamase inhibitors.
How Piperacillin Tazobactam Works?
